• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product or service information to customers and assist with troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer service software.
