What This Role Really Is
This is NOT just answering phones.
This is the command center of customer experience.
You will:
- Own the Abby Cares Program
- Be the voice of the customer
- Keep projects, people, and communication on track
- Solve problems fast and professionally

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Customer Experience (Abby Cares)
- Manage all customer communication (phone, email, in-person)
- Proactively update homeowners throughout their project
- Handle concerns and escalations with professionalism
- Drive 5-star reviews and referrals
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule installations and confirm with homeowners
- Coordinate with project managers, production, and office team
- Keep jobs on track with timelines, communication, and follow-ups
Service & Problem Solving
- Manage all service and warranty requests
- Handle post-install issues and customer concerns
- Work with service manager and field team to resolve issues quickly
Operations & Admin
- Create job packets after scheduling installs
- Process change orders and communicate impacts
- Confirm and record final payments
- Create labor bills prior to installation
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries
- Maintain CRM (notes, updates, job tracking)
Front Office Presence
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet customers and support office flow
- Assist operations and office manager as needed

- Communication is clear, proactive, and consistent
Who We’re Looking For:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator (confident on the phone and in person)

Preferred Experience
- Customer service, concierge, or project coordination
- Home improvement or construction (a plus)
- CRM systems (Lead Perfection is a bonus)
- QuickBooks and/or Google Drive
Compensation
- $20–$26/hour (based on experience)
- Monthly bonus based on:
- Reviews generated
- Customer satisfaction
- Service resolution performance
