* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
* Handling heavy inbound calls and customer inquiries.
* Providing order and shipment status updates via phone and email.
* Tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues.
* Assisting with order entry, product information, and troubleshooting.
* Processing and researching Return Goods Authorizations (RGA).
* Coordinating with internal teams and shipping carriers.
* Documenting customer interactions and escalating issues, as needed.
