Call Center Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

Seeking sparkling personalities and talented talkers with an entrepreneurial spirit! We are a multi-million dollar window and door company growing and expanding our Call Center Team!

We speak to potential clients, answer questions about our products and services. You will not be selling an actual product. You will be scheduling potential clients with free consultations on their upcoming projects. This is an important part of our business because as the old saying goes "you only get one chance to make a great first impression!"

Qualifications

1 year of inside sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working with technology and CRM systems

Painfully Positive, professional, and goal-driven attitude

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
