A globally established manufacturer in Spartanburg is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant with strong accounting experience to support both administrative operations and financial processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across international teams while contributing to accurate, efficient business operations.

In this position, you will serve as a key communication bridge between domestic and overseas teams while supporting core accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in both operational coordination and financial accuracy within a globally connected organization.

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate with international teams to support communication, reporting, and operational alignment
-Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
-Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including tracking, reconciliation, and follow-up
-Assist with general administrative support including document management, data entry, and internal reporting
-Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and discrepancies
-Support financial recordkeeping and ensure compliance with company procedures
-Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of internal and external communications

Qualifications:

-Must be fluent in Chinese or Taiwanese, with the ability to communicate professionally in a business environment
-Strong accounting skills with hands-on experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data
-Experience working with or supporting international teams is strongly preferred
-Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
-Professional communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
