We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting leadership, and coordinating administrative functions across departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and brings a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper) and ensure records are up to date. Coordination & Communication Serve as a point of contact between staff, leadership, and external partners. Organize and facilitate team meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes. Support onboarding and training logistics for new employees. Project & Operations Support Assist with project tracking, deadlines, and deliverables. Coordinate office events, workshops, and trainings. Monitor supply inventory and place orders as needed. Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Support HR and finance teams with documentation, expense tracking, and reporting. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience). Experience: 2–4 years in administrative, office coordination, or project support roles. Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with scheduling software, databases, or project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Attributes: Experience supporting nonprofit, corporate, or professional services environments. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset. Adaptability to shifting priorities and problem-solving under pressure.
