Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant with Commercial Property Management experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Sacramento, CA. This role supports a commercial property management team with day-to-day administrative coordination, tenant communication, document management, and operational support across multiple commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to commercial property managers and leadership to help ensure smooth daily operations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, clients, and internal team members.
- Manage and maintain lease files, contracts, certificates of insurance, compliance documentation, and related records.
- Assist with vendor coordination, tenant communications, follow-up items, scheduling, and general office support.
- Support accurate documentation, filing, reporting, and administrative processes across commercial property portfolios.
- Help resolve routine administrative issues while maintaining professionalism and strong customer service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Sacramento, CA.
