About the Company
We are partnering with a specialized construction company focused on precast concrete and structural concrete solutions, supporting commercial and infrastructure projects across the region. Our expertise includes precast systems, masonry, hardscape, structural components, and engineered concrete products.
This is not a general contractor role - we are seeking a Project Manager with experience working for a subcontractor or specialty construction firm, ideally within concrete, precast, or structural scopes.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires strong coordination across internal teams, clients, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate submittals, procurement, and material scheduling
- Oversee permitting and inspections
- Prepare and track RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders
- Attend on-site meetings and provide daily reports and bi-weekly updates
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Monitor and control job costs to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with field teams, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Project Management experience in construction
- Experience with precast concrete, structural concrete, or related specialties strongly preferred
- 10-Hour OSHA Certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
