Universal Banker / Client Services Representative

A growing community bank is seeking an experienced Universal Banker / Client Services Representative to join its busy Summerville branch. This is a customer-focused opportunity for a banking professional who enjoys relationship building, branch operations, and helping customers with their everyday financial needs.
Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, account servicing, and other banking transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Assist customers with banking products, services, and self-service tools.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer.
- Support daily branch operations and administrative needs.
- Identify potential fraud and follow established banking policies and procedures.
- Work closely with branch leadership and teammates in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of recent banking experience required.
- Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Teller, or CSR experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume branch environment.
- Adaptable, dependable, and willing to assist wherever needed.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Fiserv experience strongly preferred, including Navigator or Teller.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$27/hour, depending on experience
