Legal Assistant / Paralegal – Litigation

🕒 Full-Time | Direct Hire | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Are you an experienced **Legal Assistant or Paralegal** looking to join a well-established law firm where you can continue to grow your legal career? Our client, a respected downtown Orlando law firm, is seeking a motivated legal professional with **at least three years of litigation experience** to support its growing team.

Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys.
* Prepare, format, and file legal pleadings and court documents.
* Maintain case files and litigation calendars.
* Coordinate hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
* Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
* Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
Qualifications
* Minimum of **3 years of litigation experience** as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
* Experience in either **plaintiff or defense litigation** is welcome.
* Background in **Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, or Insurance Defense** is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
