We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in call center operations and technology to lead high-impact initiatives. This role will focus on projects involving CCaaS platforms and Salesforce, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
Track progress, identify risks/dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support team success
Foster clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders
Stakeholder Management
Partner with senior leaders, clients, and vendors
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones
Manage expectations and resolve issues proactively
Reporting & Quality Assurance
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting metrics
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct post-project reviews and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications
7 years of Project Management experience (10 years overall experience preferred)
Strong experience in call center environments and related technologies
Hands-on Experience With CCaaS Platforms And Salesforce (required)
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Asana
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus
Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools is a plus
