Key Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and motions for attorney review
Manage case files and maintain organized, up-to-date records
Track and calendar critical deadlines to ensure compliance
Coordinate court filings and prepare documents for submission
Assist with case preparation, research, and attorney support
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and internal teams
Qualifications:
Previous Paralegal Support Experience Required
Experience in civil litigation or HOA-related matters is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document systems
