Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors, provide professional customer service, and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
- Schedule appointments, maintain provider calendars, and support daily patient flow.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation.
- Create, update, scan, file, and maintain accurate patient records and office documents.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, clinical staff, and outside providers.
- Pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time.
