This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused banking professional who understands commercial lending and banking operations and enjoys providing a high level of personalized service to clients.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial banking clients
• Serve as a trusted point of contact and provide exceptional client service
• Support commercial lending relationships and day-to-day client needs
• Assist with loan administration and account servicing
• Handle wires, transfers, overdraft monitoring, and other banking transactions
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships
• Partner with commercial lenders and internal teams to meet client needs
• Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with banking policies and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Banking experience with a strong understanding of commercial lending and banking operations
• Experience in Commercial Banking, Relationship Banking, Universal Banking, or a similar role
• Strong relationship-management and customer-service skills
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• A polished, professional presence with a genuine commitment to client service
