We’re seeking an organized and proactive Transportation Coordinator to oversee shipments from the warehouse to clients and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

This role is ideal for someone with logistics or transportation experience who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating drivers, and communicating with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize delivery routes to meet deadlines and improve efficiency

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily schedules

• Enter and maintain accurate shipment information for tracking and reporting

• Review driver logs and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

• Maintain communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams throughout the delivery process

• Respond professionally to client concerns and help resolve delivery-related issues

• Prepare driver pay slips based on completed deliveries and logs

• Monitor multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred

• Previous experience as a Transportation Coordinator, Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
