Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to litigation attorneys, including daily case management and document coordination.
- Prepare, proofread, revise, and format legal correspondence, pleadings, filings, and litigation-related documents.
- Manage electronic and paper case files while maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential records.
- Assist with court filings, e-filing procedures, deadlines, hearing coordination, and litigation calendars.
- Support case openings, conflict checks, billing processes, expense tracking, reimbursements, and client documentation.
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, vendors, and outside parties while managing multiple priorities.
- Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Work Arrangement: In office, no remote option.
