Responsibilities
- Learn and become proficient with AMS 360.
- Process and maintain expiration lists.
- Prepare and update submission applications in AMS.
- Set up submission files in marketing folders.
- Order loss runs and MVRs.
- Create and update supplemental applications.
- Learn carrier preferences and submit applications to assigned carriers.
- Rate applications online with carriers.
- Generate routine correspondence and manage AMS suspense.
- Maintain carrier files, marketing databases, and loss run databases.
- Prepare policies for delivery to clients.
- Order and process change requests/verifications.
- Review and process endorsements.
- Learn to issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property insurance.
- Assist with premium collection, notices of cancellation, and other team needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Word; working knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Must participate in seminars/classes for skill development and continuing education to maintain licensing.
