Summary
The Human Resource Manager leads core HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR reporting. You will advise leadership, manage HR processes and records, oversee HR support staff, and help build programs that improve engagement, retention, and operational consistency.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full lifecycle talent processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, discipline, and separations while partnering with managers on people decisions
• Administer benefits, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records and ensure timely, accurate HR transactions and documentation
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and compliance activities and provide guidance on employment law and policy interpretation
• Oversee HR reporting, record keeping, safety program support, and improvements to HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of HR experience with demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, high integrity and confidentiality, and excellent organizational ability
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HRIS and payroll systems with solid analytical and problem solving skills
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
