What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Appointment Setter position at AppleOne Employment Services?
We’re searching for a motivated, detail-driven Inside Sales Representative to power our outbound sales engine. In this role, you’ll be on the front line of our growth, setting the stage for our Outside Sales team by connecting with businesses that need best-in-class commercial cleaning and facility services.
You’ll leverage tools like ZoomInfo, Motion Ave, Masterview, Spotio, and Road Warrior to find and engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and schedule site visits that convert into lasting partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Make an impact with 200 daily outbound activities — calls, emails, direct mail, and social outreach — across diverse sectors like healthcare, education, restaurants, and fitness facilities.
Build and manage targeted email and direct mail campaigns that nurture leads and spark interest.
Use data and CRM insights to qualify prospects, ensuring every meeting is worthwhile.
Partner closely with Outside Sales to fuel pipeline growth and continuously refine messaging based on results.
Stay organized with meticulous CRM documentation to track progress and plan next actions.
What You’ll Bring
1–2 years of success in outbound sales or B2B appointment-setting.
Strong phone presence, effective writing skills, and confidence managing multiple campaigns.
Tech-savvy with CRM and sales tools (Spotio, ZoomInfo, Road Warrior or similar).
A self-starter’s energy and discipline — you know how to manage your time, follow through, and keep priorities straight.
Experience in facilities or commercial cleaning is helpful, but not required.
