This is a temporary position, and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Temporary employees who work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). This position is seasonal and will end in August 2026.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $22.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
Effective July 1, 2025, candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed in the class specification. The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities listed within this vacancy announcement will be used only as management preferences and will be used to screen for the most qualified pool of applicants.

Management Preferences:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Director and HR Consultant
- Draft, edit, and correspondence, reports, and memos
- Maintain office confidential files (paper and electronic) in compliance with records policies (e.g., personnel, FMLA, Workers Comp, etc.)
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reporting and researching additional HR processes and or functions
- Assist with recruitment, creating personnel packets, and the offboarding checklist
- Substantive knowledge of office or work unit procedures, methods, and practices
- The ability to use correct grammar, vocabulary, spelling, proofreading, and office terminology to compose
- Communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to record, compile, summarize, and analyze data
