The ideal candidate will leadWe are seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional to grow market share within the transportation and fleet services industry. This is a hybrid role combining in-person client engagement with remote work. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of outside sales experience in fleet, transportation, logistics, or related services, along with an active book of business and a strong track record of exceeding KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new business within assigned territory
- Leverage existing book of business while expanding new client relationships
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
- Conduct in-person client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting in CRM
- Track and achieve KPIs including revenue targets, margin goals, activity metrics, and client retention
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term account growth
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics, or related industry
- Established book of business and proven ability to generate revenue quickly
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- High level of resilience, competitiveness, and grit
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
