SEO Associate - Direct Hire
Hybrid (ONE Day per week WFH, 4 days in office)
Pennsauken, NJ
$25 / hour
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Associate to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you will execute SEO strategies to improve client website rankings, drive organic traffic, and maintain strong search visibility for a diverse portfolio of clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency-style environment.
About the Role You will support on-page and off-page SEO efforts, monitor technical performance, and deliver actionable insights through reporting. You’ll work closely with internal teams to help clients achieve and maintain page-one rankings.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic
- Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues (broken links, duplicate content, meta descriptions, H1 tags, etc.)
- Track campaign performance and generate monthly reports using SEMrush, Google Analytics, and other tools
- Support content development and link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority
- Perform weekly website reviews and quality control checks prior to launches
- Evaluate user experience (UX) and recommend navigation/layout improvements
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and AI optimization (AIO)
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (digital marketing agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of both on-page and technical SEO best practices
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is a big plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to stay current on evolving SEO trends
