Looking for an opportunity where you can build long-term client relationships instead of just servicing accounts?
We're partnering with a respected employee benefits consulting firm that's looking to add an Employee Benefits Consultant to its growing team. In this role, you'll become a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them navigate benefit strategies, renewals, open enrollment, and day-to-day plan management while delivering an exceptional service experience.

What You'll Do
• Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients as their primary point of contact.
• Lead annual renewals, carrier negotiations, and open enrollment activities.
• Develop benefit recommendations through benchmarking and plan analysis.
• Partner with carriers and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing service.
• Review plan documents and help clients stay informed on compliance updates.
• Resolve complex service issues while delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and support continuous process improvements.
What We're Looking For
• 3 years of employee benefits account management or client service experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, renewals, and carrier relationships.
• Active Life & Health License, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Employee Navigator or AgencyBloc is a plus.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
