The Logistics & Fleet Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily transportation operations while ensuring compliance, fleet maintenance, and efficient delivery performance. This role supports customer service, driver operations, and equipment management to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective distribution.

- Coordinate and schedule daily delivery routes and pickups
- Monitor drivers throughout the day and provide real-time support
- Adjust delivery schedules, returns, and order changes as needed
- Communicate changes with sales reps and document updates in the system
- Maintain accurate delivery notes, customer information, and route details
- Review dashboards to ensure all orders are scheduled appropriately
- Prepare and distribute daily route, pickup, and delivery issue reports
