Start Date: Wednesday or Thursday
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
$20–23/hr (DOE — higher for the right candidate!)

This role is more than answering phones — it’s about creating a positive, respectful experience for every person who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Sort and distribute voicemails and faxes
Provide clear, professional communication while following company policies
Maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming front office environment
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and confidently de-escalate situations
Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and software
Strong independent work ethic and reliability
Comfort working with diverse populations including individuals with disabilities, seniors, veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and low-income clients
A high level of empathy, professionalism, and discretion
