Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly, ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management
- Foster guest relations by offering personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hotel’s friendly brand image
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably within a resort setting
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
- Ability to handle night audit procedures and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous hotel experience focusing on guest services, guest relations, or front desk responsibilities is highly valued
