About the Role
This role supports a multi-year enterprise modernization program, focused on transforming legacy systems into scalable, flexible, and innovative platforms. You’ll act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a bridge between business and IT teams
- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Support business process redesign and system integration efforts
- Lead workshops, design sessions, and cross-functional meetings
- Coordinate across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with project goals
- Facilitate issue resolution and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in commercial healthcare
- 3 years of experience with State Medicaid systems
- 3 years familiarity with MITA frameworks
- 6 years working with data structures, EDI, and file formats
- 6 years of experience in business analysis and process improvement
- Experience supporting cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale business & technology integration projects
- Knowledge of federal certification processes
- Background in project management
