Associate Attorney – Construction Litigation

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Associate Attorney (0–5 years of experience) to join a growing litigation team handling construction-related disputes across Florida. This role offers hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Support litigation strategy from pre-suit through resolution
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license (required)
- 0–5 years of litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and caseload effectively
Preferred
- 2 years of litigation and/or construction law experience
Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000 – $150,000 base salary (DOE)
