Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support training programs, professional development initiatives, and administrative operations. This position plays an important role in coordinating schedules, assisting participants, organizing events, maintaining records, and ensuring a seamless experience from registration through program completion.

Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, webinars, and special events from planning through completion
- Manage event logistics, including room setup, virtual meeting support, training materials, audio/visual equipment, and refreshments
- Communicate with presenters, facilitators, and participants to ensure successful program delivery
- Assist with event preparation, execution, and post-event follow-up
- Resolve scheduling or logistical issues to ensure a positive participant experience
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate participant records and training documentation
- Update internal databases and learning management systems
- Prepare reports and assist with tracking attendance, certifications, and program completion
- Process registration changes, transfers, and refunds as needed
Marketing & Engagement
- Assist with maintaining the training calendar and promotional materials
- Support outreach efforts to increase participation in programs and events
- Coordinate communications related to upcoming training opportunities and special events
Team Support
- Collaborate with leadership on planning and scheduling future programs
- Participate in team meetings and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with additional administrative duties and special projects as needed
- Maintain flexibility to support occasional evening events
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative support, program coordination, event coordination, education, training, or customer service
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new software and database systems quickly
- Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Flexible to occasionally assist with evening events when needed
