Key Responsibilities
Billing and Invoicing:
- Prepare, review, and submit service billings.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely billing based on contract terms.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and address client billing inquiries.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and project billing records.
- Assist in collections of accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports related to project revenues.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.
Accounts Payable:
- Process vendor and subcontractor payables as needed.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address discrepancies or billing concerns.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (not required)
- Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in billing and accounting support.
- Advanced knowledge of construction accounting software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Salary : $26 - $32
