We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to support testing activities for the Salesforce CRM Suite of Applications. The role involves validating system functionality, integrations, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with public sector standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute test cases based on requirements and user stories
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
- Validate integrations with external and interfacing systems
- Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps
- Participate in defect triage and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance standards
- Support Agile testing processes and sprint activities
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce domain (preferred)
- Experience in Agile testing methodologies
- Hands-on in functional, regression, and integration testing
- Knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with tools like Postman
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for defect tracking
Good to Have
- Experience in Automation Testing
