Role Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to support testing activities for the State of Michigan Salesforce CRM Suite of applications. This role is responsible for creating and executing test cases based on assigned requirements and user stories, validating integrations with external and interfacing systems, logging and tracking defects in Azure DevOps, supporting cross-team defect triage, and performing accessibility testing to help ensure compliance with public sector standards.
Required Skills:
Essential Salesforce QA Skills (Must Have):
Salesforce domain knowledge is preferred.
Testing Methodologies: Proficiency in functional, regression, and integration testing within Agile environments.
API Testing: Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and tools such as Postman for testing integrations.
Defect Management & Tools: Experience with bug tracking tools like Azure DevOps, including logging defects and managing the bug lifecycle.
Good to Have:
Automation Testing: Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python) for UI testing and Prover for Salesforce-specific testing.
