Job Summary
The Manufacturing/Test Technician supports wafer calibration and testing activities in a production environment. This role involves handling and inspecting wafers, executing test applications, analyzing data, and collaborating closely with Engineering to resolve manufacturing issues. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working with small components, and has basic computer and soldering skills.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and handling wafers for calibration processes
- Perform wafer testing in accordance with established work instructions
- Execute PC‑based test applications to collect and analyze wafer data
- Inspect wafers and small components using a microscope
- Document test results and observations accurately
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing (MFG) issues
- Follow all safety, quality, and process control procedures
- Experience inspecting small components or parts under a microscope
- Ability to work with and handle small hand tools and measurement devices (e.g., DVM)
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of soldering techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or test environment
- Familiarity with wafer processing or calibration workflows
