Change Management Consultant

Location: Hybrid Remote- onsite once a week, possible for additional onsite days needed to meet deadlines. 2 locations available:

  • San Francisco, CA 94105
  • Pleasanton CA 94588

Role Overview

This role will own the Owned Media Platform, serving as a key contributor to a broader platform modernization and marketing transformation initiative. The focus is on consolidating multiple marketing tools (currently Salesforce Marketing Cloud and additional platforms) into one integrated solution, enabling scalable, efficient, and data‑driven marketing execution. The position will partner closely with the project team to define overall build strategy, support development across individual treatment centers, and own ongoing management and analysis of data to enable services.

Project Context

  • The initiative is newly kicked off, with discovery workshops beginning next week alongside a future‑state vendor (Zeta).
  • The role will help assess the current architecture, processes, and capabilities, and shape the path to the proposed future state.
  • The work represents a significant transformation across three distinct tools, moving toward a single platform (Zeta).
    • One tool supports transformation and design
    • One supports campaign execution
    • The future state consolidates campaigns, communications, content management, and execution into one platform
  • This transition will introduce new processes, mindset shifts, and data practices for impacted teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategic planning for the owned media platform and campaign execution model
  • Lead end‑to‑end change management for platform and process transformation
  • Drive communication development and delivery across stakeholders
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and external integration partners
  • Influence adoption of new tools, workflows, and data practices

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience leading change management efforts end‑to‑end
  • Background open to multiple industries; retail experience preferred
  • Hands‑on experience working within a marketing organization and with marketing technology platforms
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills

Marketing Technology Experience (Preferred)

  • Familiarity or light hands‑on experience with:
    • Amperity
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Zeta
  • Understanding of platform capabilities, use cases, and functional strengths (not expected to be deeply technical)
