- Verify patient insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in medical scheduling or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology and EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) system
