Established West Little Rock law firm is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist to manage the firm's day-to-day financial operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can work independently while supporting a small, collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Process and pay firm invoices and expenses
- Handle client remittances and trust-related transactions
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and financial accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with account reconciliations and accounts receivable
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
