What Your Day Looks Like
- Kickoff: Prepare molding cells, set machine parameters, and verify tooling and materials are ready.
- In-Process Excellence: Operate molding equipment, monitor cycle times, and fine-tune settings to uphold quality and throughput.
- Uptime Focus: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot alarms, and address mechanical or process issues promptly.
- Quality First: Inspect components for defects, confirm dimensions/specifications, and document results.
- Team Rhythm: Collaborate with production and quality teams to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks.
- Closeout: Record production data, update logs, and leave the area clean and safe for the next run.
What You’ll Own
- Set up and operate plastic molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency goals are met.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree/certification in plastics technology is a plus.
