- Following client care plans and completing daily tasks via EVV or electronic timesheets.
- Assisting clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, ambulation, meal prep (including special diets), feeding, oral hygiene, and transfers using equipment like walkers and wheelchairs.
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment and adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Supporting clients with self-help activities and minor household tasks like laundry and grocery shopping.
- Respecting client confidentiality, privacy, and rights at all times.
- Not administering medications but supporting self-administration.
- Reporting changes in client condition, unsafe situations, or concerns about abuse or neglect.
- High school diploma preferred, with ability to read and write.
- At least 6 months of validated caregiving experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
