We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and keeping communities running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in maintaining our property’s systems, equipment, and overall appearance, ensuring residents feel safe and at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, lighting, and general building issues
- Complete work orders and respond promptly to service requests
- Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Maintain grounds and common areas as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, building systems, or related field
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- HVAC certification or other trade licenses a plus
