Maintenance Supervisor
Pay: $31–$35 per hour 6% annual bonus potential
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities

What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee property maintenance operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will keep the community safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.
- Lead, train, and manage one maintenance employee and external contractors
- Ensure service requests and unit turns are completed to standard and on schedule
- Oversee regulatory inspections (HUD/PB8) and ensure prompt resolution of deficiencies
- Manage CapEx projects, including competitive bidding, contractor oversight, and project execution
- Monitor and maintain all building systems, common areas, and grounds
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Ensure safety standards and regulatory requirements are met at all times
- Serve as primary point of contact for 24/7 emergency maintenance calls
- Partner with management on budget planning and expense control
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of maintenance/facilities experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Experience with Project-Based Section 8 (PB8) and HUD regulatory inspections a MUST
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Proven ability to manage CapEx projects from bid through completion
- Willingness and ability to be on-call for emergencies, without exceptions
- Must live within 30–40 minutes of the site (no on-site housing available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and respond to urgent issues promptly
- Reliable, trustworthy leader who values teamwork, service, and accountability
Compensation & Benefits
