Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (On-call for after-hours emergencies required)
Compensation: $31–$35/hour up to 6% annual bonus

Are you a hands-on leader with experience in affordable housing maintenance? We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a 112-unit community of garden-style and townhouse homes. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and a passion for ensuring safe, well-maintained housing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise one maintenance team member and oversee contractors
- Ensure timely completion of service requests and unit turns
- Manage CapEx projects, including vendor bidding and coordination
- Maintain all building systems, common areas, and grounds
- Conduct HUD inspections and ensure compliance with project-based Section 8 regulations
- Coordinate and participate in a 24/7 emergency on-call rotation
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and expense tracking
- Uphold high standards of customer service and team leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
- Must have experience with project-based Section 8 housing (PB8)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and preventative maintenance
- Experience managing CapEx projects and vendor relations
- Must live within 30–40 minutes of the site (no on-site housing provided)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
