Reporting to the International Finance Leaders, this is an ideal role for a rising finance leader who wants meaningful ownership, visibility, and direct exposure to international teams. Financial Leadership & Reporting
- Lead the annual budget, forecast cycles, and monthly financial reporting.
- Own the month-end close process, including journal entries, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation and deliver clear insights on performance to leadership.
Accounting Operations
- Maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls to protect company assets.
- Oversee general accounting, AP/AR, cashflow management, and working capital.
- Guide a small accounting team—providing hands-on support and coaching.
Cost Accounting & Inventory
- Prepare cost reports for pricing, margin analysis, and inventory performance.
- Evaluate operational issues that impact financial outcomes (shipments, returns, production timing, etc.).
Compliance & Audit
- Serve as the primary contact for auditors and external partners.
- Support tax-related activities, ERISA compliance, and annual 5500 filings.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local reporting requirements.

Skill/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, manufacturing cost accounting, and ERP systems (ERP-LN, SAP, or similar).
- Proven success with month-end close, financial reporting, and data analysis.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach and the ability to develop team members.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
