Position Overview
The company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Property Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of communities in the Oakland region. This on-site leadership role requires a strategic, experienced professional who can guide property teams, drive performance, and ensure exceptional resident experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and support property managers and on-site teams across multiple properties.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Address maintenance needs, resident concerns, and operational challenges proactively and efficiently.
Strategic & Financial Planning
- Develop and execute operational and financial strategies to enhance portfolio performance.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting for assigned properties.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with residents, property owners, vendors, and community partners.
- Ensure transparent communication and timely updates to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10 years in property management, including 5 years overseeing regional portfolios.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams across multiple locations.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of property management practices, budgeting, compliance, maintenance workflows, and tenant relations.
- Strategic Thinking: Track record of developing and executing operational and financial plans.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach.
- Technology: Proficiency with property management software and technology-enabled operational tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; certifications such as CPM or ARM are a plus.

Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
