With energy, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality, you support both the front and back of house by keeping the dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean, organized, and guest-ready. From resetting tables promptly to assisting servers and ensuring the restaurant remains spotless, you help create a smooth, welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to assist guests and support the service team.
- Understand and follow proper dining room procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment by promptly clearing and resetting tables.
- Remain on your feet and active throughout the shift in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
- Safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds when moving trays, supplies, or assisting team members.
- Uphold high sanitation standards at all times, including frequent handwashing and proper cleaning practices.
- Contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere where every guest feels valued.
