• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel welcome from the start.
• Create memorable moments through personalized, attentive service.
• Maintain outstanding service levels for all guests within the restaurant.
• Take and process orders quickly and accurately to keep the experience smooth.
• Stay proactive with restocking, cleaning, and keeping service areas guest ready.

Responsibilities

• A strong knowledge of our ACFP menu so you can confidently guide guests and make recommendations.
• Understanding of alcohol service laws and responsible serving practice.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol in your state.
• Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests, not just those in your section.
• Take and process orders quickly and accurately using the POS system.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section and throughout the dining room.
• Assist with restocking and running side work during and after your shift.
• Follow alcohol service laws and always ensure responsible serving.
• Work as part of a team to uphold Anthony’s high standards and create a great environment for both guests and teammates.
