What it Takes to be a Part of the Team

• Greet every guest warmly at the bar and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.
• Craft memorable moments with personalized, attentive service that goes beyond expectations.
• Maintain exceptional service standards for all guests at the bar and in the dining area.
• Take and prepare drink and food orders quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Stay proactive by restocking the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the workspace guest-ready at all times.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to confidently answer questions and make suggestive sales.
• Create high-quality, craft cocktails with consistency and care.
• Maintain a full understanding of alcoholic beverage laws and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol, per state guidelines.
• Build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable dining experiences.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Stand for the duration of your shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, upholding food safety and quality standards.

We offer hands-on training, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive team environment. Bartender positions typically start as part-time, with the potential to move into full-time roles. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits.

Previous experience as a bartender, bar back, server, or in any other front-of-house (FOH) restaurant role is highly desirable.

Armed with authentic recipes passed down through generations, our first restaurant opened its doors in 2002.Since then, we’ve grown to 50 locations across six states, but our commitment to handcrafted flavor and welcoming service hasn’t changed.
