Job Title: Senior Net Revenue Analyst
Location: Flint, MI (Hybrid / Remote Eligible)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience & education)
Hybrid Work Model:
- In-state employees: onsite once per week
- Out-of-state employees: onsite twice per year (3 days each visit)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Net Revenue Analyst to support complex reimbursement analytics and financial decision-making across assigned healthcare subsidiaries. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and sustainability of net revenue through detailed analysis, forecasting, and regulatory interpretation.
🚨 This is NOT a revenue cycle role — it is a finance/reimbursement analytics position.
- Prepare and review schedules supporting Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross cost report submissions
- Analyze year-over-year third-party cost report variances and investigate discrepancies
- Develop and maintain monthly contractual allowance models with detailed variance analysis
- Perform monthly reserve analyses, identifying and reporting changes to reserve positions
- Provide advanced financial projections to support budgeted net revenue planning
- Research reimbursement regulations and summarize financial impacts of policy changes
- Coordinate data collection and schedule preparation for audits, settlements, and cash reconciliations
- Support leadership with accurate, timely, and actionable net revenue insights
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years in progressively responsible reimbursement or finance roles
- Proven experience with Net Revenue and/or Cost Reporting
- Strong analytical, modeling, and financial interpretation skills
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Home Health and/or Physician Group experience
- Kodiak RCA (formerly Crowe) experience
- MBA or CPA
- Progressive management experience
- Strategic, high-impact finance position
- Minimal onsite requirements
- Exposure to complex reimbursement and regulatory analysis
