Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Operations located in Charlotte, NC. The Vice President of Operations will oversee operational processes, manage profit and loss (P&L) strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery. Responsibilities include strategic planning, optimizing resources, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving operational excellence. Additionally, the role will involve leading key projects, managing budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to align operations with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management, with the ability to drive efficiency and financial success
- Strong background in Customer Service, with an emphasis on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Experience in Strategic Planning and the ability to align operational goals with organizational objectives
- Proficiency in Project Management, including managing budgets, timelines, and team coordination
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Relevant experience in a similar executive operations role within a dynamic environment
Compensation
Position offers competitive base compensation, bonus opportunities and possible future equity within the Company. Expected total compensation between $150,000 and $250,000 with benefits paid in full by the Company.
