Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing dental team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced dentists and new graduates looking to begin their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages while working alongside an experienced team committed to clinical excellence and exceptional patient experiences. Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, with two weekends per month required.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide a variety of dental services, including restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canal therapy, and preventive care.
- Utilize dental imaging and diagnostic tools to assess and treat oral health conditions.
- Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic dental software.
- Follow all infection control, sterilization, and patient privacy protocols.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Create a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients of all ages.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate dentistry.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with dental software is a plus but not required.
- Experience in general dentistry is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
