Location: 70% PA office & 30% traveling in US (first year)

Position Overview
This position oversees the establishment and execution of sales strategies for the Beauty Division and has a key role in managing organizational operations and sales performance at the same time. You will lead a sales organization of more than 30 people, leading systematic process improvement and stable sales growth.
Duties
- Formulate and execute sales strategies, manage sales targets
- Manage sales order review and operational processes
- Manage and evaluate the performance of more than 25 sales organizations
- Establishment of internal policies and strengthening of execution within the org.
- Recruit, train, and build sales force
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts
- Analyze sales processes and identify improvement issues
- Reduce costs and increase operational efficiency
- Collaborate with IT to improve systems and respond to issues
- Assist in operating monthly meetings domestically and internationally (Georgia, Pennsylvania, California)
Required Experience
- Sales experience in the beauty/cosmetics/personal care industry
- Experience managing more than 25 organizations
- Fluent in Korean and English (Business Communication Level)
